Cherrywood residents have access to an on-site fitness center at no additional cost. The space includes treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, free weights, and other equipment for both cardio and strength training.

The fitness center is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, giving residents a convenient place to work out without leaving the community.

The Cherrywood pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. At the beginning of the season, the pool is open on weekends only until the local school district begins summer break. During the regular summer season, residents can enjoy the pool from 12 PM to 8 PM. Guests are welcome when accompanied by a leaseholder, and the guest fee is $10 per person, per day. A barbecue area is also located next to the pool and is available for resident use during pool hours.

Cherrywood hosts a variety of resident events throughout the year, giving neighbors a chance to get together and enjoy the community. Events may include National Night Out, ice cream socials, movie nights, summer barbecues by the pool, and other seasonal activities.

Yes. Cherrywood offers lease terms ranging from 2 to 12 months for new residents, providing flexibility for those who may not need a traditional 12-month lease.

After the initial lease term ends, residents may also have the option to continue on a month-to-month basis. Short-term and month-to-month pricing can vary, so contact the management office for current rates and availability.

For qualified applicants, the standard security deposit is $500. Depending on the results of the application and screening process, the required deposit may be up to one month’s rent.
